Drunk person... or toddler?

Indiscriminately peels off required clothing - like pants and sometimes strip down to the buff Shouts random words or noises at random moments Walks into walls, doors, people, dogs Falls over for no apparent reason and sometimes laugh and sometimes cry when they do so Incoherent speech Slobbery kisses and overly-aggressive cuddles Drooling Is attracted to any body of water and thinks it would be a great place to walk, wade, swim. Clothing optional. Warm weather optional Randomly burst into tears Puts shoes on the wrong feet Pees anywhere and everywhere Puts clothing on inside out and or backwards Slurs "I'm not tired" as their eyes slam shut sitting at the table Demands another drink Over-exaggerated gestures Asking the same question over and over again Shouts out at inappropriate moments or in inappropriate places Finds really random things hilarious.
